Search for mail.trusteddomains, then edit that to be a comma-separated list of domain names that you want to whitelist. User-friendly? Nope. I whitelist ordinary stuff like college newsletters, but leave the protection in place for banks and other phishing targets. Where’s the whitelist?

The Mozilla maintainers responsible for the spam filtering won't remove the 'feature', won't document the 'feature', won't write help for ne users on this 'feature', and won't set the default to 'off'.
